Changing Eternity For Young Women

“I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten…”

What is Restoration House?

At Restoration House, our mission is to help young women restore their lives and the lives of their families.

We do this by providing a safe non-judgmental environment, one that shows kindness and respect. We start with treating every women that walks through our doors as our treasured guest. Our first goal is to make sure she knows she is loved and from there we can assist her in overcoming her past and taking hold of a future that had at one time been unattainable to her.

Testimonials

“Restoration House is a trusted member of our community!  If you are willing to commit to the program, your life will change for the better.  We appreciate the many service projects which Restoration House completes to help impoverished children in our public schools.  Thank you, for all you do each school year to better the lives of children.”

Yvonne Rossman, VISD Connection Center Coordinator

“I started volunteering at RHM about a year ago and it has been a true blessing. The girls learn about Christ and how he loves them regardless of their pasts. I am blessed to see the transformations. The community is blessed to have a ministry as the Restoration House that is restoring lives every day.”

Dorothy Hrbacek, Area Manager - Warrior Supply, Inc.

“It is a privilege for the DeTar Family Medicine Residency program to associate with Restoration House, which rehabilitates troubled women and helps them resume productive roles in our community.  Our physician trainees are afforded the critically important opportunity to see how partnering with faith based community resources helps care for their patients’ needs as a whole person.”
